Group Collaboration on Yoozpaper
Group collaboration on Yoozpaper.com is a very powerful tool which will allow Yoozers to acheive much more than they would by themselves, as well as provide much higher quality information. With writers and an editor, more articles can be written, and a check can be done by the editor before any article is published. Furthermore, being able to collaborate on Scrapbook's will let Yoozers have fun and upload more pictures in one location without having to provide one member with their pictures to upload.
One strength of Yoozer collaboration is that Yoozers can find other Yoozers interested in the same topics that they would like to write about. For instance, if you would like to write about a favorite sports team, instead of each person writing their own Yoozpaper, the group can collaborate to write one paper which will produce more articles and higher quality writing. If a group is campaigning for something, they can collaborate to get one Yoozpaper with high quality writing and more articles out that articles being thrown together by different people.
The collaboration allows a Yoozer to collaborate on having one large photo album of the same event rather than 8 different people having their own Scrapbook of that same event. It keeps photo's much more organized.
In order for collaboration to take place, Yoozers have to be connected. They do this by by adding each other and confirming that they can be fellow Yoozers. One Yoozer then creates the group. That person becomes the editor. The editor can invite anyone that he or she is a fellow Yoozer with and then that invited person, upon acceptance to the group, will become a writer. Writers can write articles at any time for any paper within the group, however it must be approved by the editor before it is published. Writers can upload photos to any Scrapbook at any time. The editor is the only person that can create a newspaper, create a Scrapbook, or approve articles to be published. Inside the group, an e-mail system exists allowing Yoozers to contact each other within the group.
